Step 4- Select the issue
You will be prompted to select the category of your issue. Choose ‘Reviews and Photos’ from the list. Under the ‘Reviews and Photos’ section, select ‘Manage customer reviews.’

Step 5- Choose the contact method
Google offers multiple contact methods. Choose the one that suits you the best. The options include ‘Chat Support’ (for real-time assistance), ‘Request a Callback’, and ‘Email Support.’

Step 6- Provide the detailed information
You can also attach any supporting evidence, such as photos, screenshots, transaction details, or communication records, that contradict the review.
